We understand that our products are not just items, but pieces of art, which is why we have established a transparent and reliable shipping process to provide you with peace of mind from our workshop to your doorstep.

2. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

We provide shipping to the 48 contiguous United States only. we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. Territories. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.

Important Notice on Delivery Addresses: Due to the artisanal nature and varying sizes of our hand-carved items, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. To ensure a secure hand-off and to prevent damage to these unique pieces, please provide a physical residential or business address at checkout.

4. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

To maintain 100% transparency with our customers and comply with international shipping standards, we utilize the following timeline:

• Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST).
  • Orders placed before this time will begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed on the following business day.
• Order Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday). This period includes a rigorous quality inspection, protective artisanal wrapping, and final packaging.
• Transit Time: 4–8 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • While we strive to meet these timelines globally, please note that transit times may vary slightly based on your local customs processing or remote location accessibility.
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: Handling Time (1-3 Days) + Transit Time (4-8 Days) = 5–11 Business Days Total.

5. Order Tracking & Split Shipments

Once your handcrafted item has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s portal (including UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL).

• Activation Period: Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
• Split Shipments: If your order contains multiple items (e.g., a large rattan basket and a small wooden figurine), they may be shipped separately from different specialized warehouses to ensure the safest possible transit for each material. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package at no extra cost.

6. Address Accuracy & Missing Packages

• Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing an absolutely accurate shipping address. artisanwooddecor.com is not liable for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
• Missing Packages: If your tracking information states “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors or contact your local carrier office to file a claim. While we provide full support in the investigation, we cannot be held responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

7. Damaged in Transit

We take extraordinary care in packing our fragile wood and fiber products. However, if your order arrives damaged, we are here to make it right:

• Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
• Report any damage to [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt.
• You must include clear photos of the damaged item and the external packaging (including the shipping label). We will prioritize a free replacement or a full refund for any verified transit damage.
