We understand that our products are important to you, which is why we have established a transparent and reliable shipping process to provide you with peace of mind from order placement to delivery.

2. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

We take pride in our ability to offer fast and reliable shipping across the contiguous United States. By leveraging our strategic logistics facilities, we aim to dispatch your order from the facility closest to your location to minimize transit time.

Important Notice on Delivery Addresses: Due to the varying sizes of our products, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. To ensure a secure delivery and to prevent damage, please provide a physical residential or business address at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates & Costs

At artisanwooddecor.com, we believe in simplicity and transparency.

Standard Shipping: Free Shipping on orders of $80 or more. For orders under $80, a flat shipping fee of $9 applies for U.S. domestic deliveries.

There are no hidden fees, no surprise handling charges, and no complex tiers. The price you see for your order is the final price you pay at checkout.

4. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

To maintain 100% transparency with our customers, we utilize the following timeline for domestic shipping:

Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST).
Orders placed before this time will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

Order Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday). This period includes a rigorous quality inspection, protective artisanal wrapping, and final packaging.

Transit Time: 3–8 business days (Monday – Friday).
While we strive to meet these timelines domestically, please note that transit times may vary slightly based on adverse weather conditions, courier surges, or remote location accessibility.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Handling Time (1-3 Days) + Transit Time (3-8 Days) = 4–11 Business Days Total.

5. Order Tracking & Split Shipments

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s portal (including UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

Activation Period: Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Split Shipments: If your order contains multiple items (e.g., a large rattan basket and a small wooden figurine), they may be shipped separately from different specialized logistics centers to ensure the safest possible transit for each material. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package at no extra cost.

6. Address Accuracy & Missing Packages

Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing an absolutely accurate shipping address. artisanwooddecor.com is not liable for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Missing Packages: If your tracking information states “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors or contact your local carrier office to file a claim. While we provide full support in the investigation, we cannot be held responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

7. Damaged in Transit

We take extraordinary care in packing our fragile wood and fiber products. However, if your order arrives damaged, we are here to make it right:

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
Report any damage to [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt.
You must include clear photos of the damaged item and the external packaging (including the shipping label). We will prioritize a free replacement or a full refund for any verified transit damage.
